Scholarships are awarded for Spring and Fall semesters up to $500 and can be used for tuition, books, utility bills, car maintenance, childcare, and any other financial needs that will allow the recipient to pursue their educational goals.

You are eligible to apply for the ASPIRE of Green Country Scholarship if you meet the following criteria:
  1. Resident of Tulsa or surrounding counties (Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, and Wagoner.)
  2. Single head of household (single, legally separated, divorced, or widowed) and not co-habiting with ex-spouse, current spouse or partner; with custodial care of one or more children under the age of 21.
  3. High School graduate or GED recipient.
  4. Living at an income level of no more than 200% of the current U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Income Guidelines poverty level.
  5. Pursuing a career-oriented, full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours) course of study at an accredited educational institution. Applicants cannot already have earned an undergraduate degree.
  6. Recipient of a Pell Grant. May currently be in FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) process. Scholarship contingent on approval of Pell Grant award.
